Moo0 ImageViewer is a free and flexible tool to view all your images and slideshows in a simple and easy to resize interface.

Its window can be as small or as big as needed, and resizing operations are easily performed by using the middle button of your mouse. Moving from image to image is also very simple, and you can view your full collection with its slideshow functionality. You can decide on the number of milliseconds each image will be showing on the screen, and if you want the slideshow to start over again after the last slide.
